Data We Collect

Through the contact form we collect: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), service of interest, and message. This data is stored in our CRM (HubSpot) and used exclusively to respond to your inquiry.

Purpose of Processing

To manage and respond to inquiries received through the contact form. We do not perform automated profiling or share data with third parties, except HubSpot as data processor (EU servers).

Legal Basis

Your consent given when submitting the contact form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to manage your inquiry and, at most, for the applicable legal periods. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, and objection by writing to chema@travelassistant.es. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Web Tracking

We use HubSpot's tracking script to anonymously analyze website usage. We do not use advertising or third-party cookies.
